Refund and Returns Policy

KallyKurls SARL Return Policy 1. Right of withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do this, the customer must inform KallyKurls SARL of their decision to withdraw by sending an email to contact@kallykurls.ch The customer may then return the products concerned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. 2. Return terms The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer. The products must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The refund of the amount of the returned products will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by KallyKurls SARL. 3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal Certain products are not subject to a right of withdrawal, in particular products opened, used or damaged by the customer. 4. Complaints and refunds In the event of a complaint concerning a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, the customer must contact KallyKurls SARL customer service as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, this will be made under the same conditions as for the right of withdrawal. In the event of a dispute concerning a return or refund, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction. By placing an order on our site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the entire return policy of KallyKurls SARL.
